• If your pet is currently taking medication prescribed from our clinic, then you have the option to call the clinic at (716) 358-6817 and press option 3 to have it refilled. You will be asked to leave your name, contact phone number, pets name, and the name of the medication that you are looking to have refilled. We will call you back when your pets medication is ready and available for pick up. 

• You have the option of picking up the medication at our office, or for your convenience it can be mailed to you.

                    PLEASE NOTE - Due to New York State Rules and Regulations for controlled substances - We CANNOT mail ANY controlled
                    substances!! (We also will NOT mail any liquids during the winter months.)
